Issue:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘X’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://X/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/css/widget-icon-list.min.css’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

This site uses Elementor, FYI.

Solution:

Changed the site address in Settings -> General to https from http
